WiFi and Ethernet connection, same message -
Rose server connection failed.

The Rose Connect app also does not see the device.

Hello,

Is the RS301 connected to WIFI properly?

Try Factory Reset first, and if it still doesn't work, please email me.
There's another method to update the software.
