GeneralCannot pair the remote after renaming the Rose.

Hi,

I had successfully paired the remote with the Rose RS250. But after I renamed the device, the Rose will not find the remote. Any idea how to re-pair them?

Hello

One of the things I replied to in your previous post was to do a factory reset.
Try factory reset and try connecting your remote again.
