Hi,

My RS150, after upgrade new version, when connected usb CD rom (rose CDrom) to RS150 and start apps (CD player/ripper), the RS150 is auto shutdown.

If any ideas about the issue? Thx

Hello,

1. your ROSE ID
(RS150 > Settings > System Info > ROSE ID)

2. Does it happen even when there's no CD in the CD ROM?

3. Would you let me know your email address?

4. Would you try Factory Reset?
(RS150 > Settings > System Settings > Factory Reset)

2.) No, but if CD inside and run the CD apps, then it is happen auto shutdown
