Hello the specs do not list the OHMS on the XLR output.  What type of XLR cables should be used on this?  AES\EBU or XLR cables?

You can check output impedance for both RS150 and RS150B as well. (Equal for both balanced and unbalanced)
RS150B: 50Ω
RS150: 100Ω
