Hi I purchased a Rose 301 the following are the issues I am facing.
a) Rose Connect or the Premium app downloaded from the App or Google Play stores don't connect to the unit. I have entered the IP address for the search and this does not work as the search comes back with no unit found.

b) I tried updating the software for the unit as it shows a "N" on the System update BUT nothing happens either using wifi or ethernet

c) My clock cannot be updated to the correct zone it is showing PM when it is AM

d) the Radio when selected has no channels showing, here I am not sure if I have to add my channels in one at a time.

e) Same issue with Rose Tube it is blank

I really need some assistance to resolve these else I have a very expensive BT speaker.
