Hi, My RS150B is about 6 months old. The last 2 days, when I try to stream from my Tidal account, the unit says that the playlist is empty. But the display shows the playlist and all of the songs. But when I click play, it says the playlist is empty. What can I do?
1. When I try to play in Tidal account, it says that the playlist is empty. Please tell me whether you played in Tidal Connect, RoseConnect, or RS150.
2. The display says the playlist and all songs are coming out, are you talking about RS150?
In case, log out of Tidal account, log in again, and turn off and on the power of RS150. Please try and let me know how it goes.
