GeneralPre-out level
I'm using Denon AVC-X8500H and ,by the manual, its input sensitivity of analog is only 200mV. Will it harm if I set the pre-out level of RS201E to 2000mV?
Another question, when I played MKV file with DTS HD / Dolby TrueHD sound track, it can only output DTS/Dolby 5.1 signal when i'm using the HDMI Passthrough. Why?
Firstly, sorry about late reply, it took time to search about Denon AVC-X8500H.
The 200mV of AVC-X8500H means that AVC-X8500H should receive at least 200mV for proper output.
It won't matter if you use 200mV or 2000mV, just please keep it over 200mV.
However, the volume must be adjusted directly according to the set value.
Secondly, about the HDMI passthrough.
RS201E supports two channel stereo sound. RS201E do not have DTS/Dolby codec.
Thank you for your interest about ROSE.
