It's the first symptom I've ever heard of a Favorite album suddenly disappearing.
I would like to ask you a few confirmation questions.
1. Rose device-->Rose home-->Heart shape on the left-->Do you mean that it is not visible in Album?
2. Where did you check the favorite album you mentioned?
All my favourite albums were disappeared suddenly, what's wrong is it ? Any one can help ?
