I apologize for late reply.
I have a few questions.
1. You said that HDMI and Balanced output cannot be activated. If you press the deactivated button, doesn't the message "Would you like to change OUTPUT settings?" appear?
2. If you press HDMI or Balanced output, nothing changes on the screen?
3. Rose device--> Settings-->System settings-->Factory reset, Please let me know what happens after.
New purchase and setting up- Am unable to deselect HDMI which shows active, and unable to activate Ballanced outputs.
